Are You Ready to Become a World-Class Civil Servant? Take the 20 JPL Workplace English Challenge!
How ready are you to represent Indonesia’s health sector on the global stage? As Ministry of Health civil servants (ASN) drive national health development, building global competence, professional communication, and adaptive skills is vital for achieving a world-class bureaucracy. To fulfil the mandatory annual requirement of at least 20 Hours of Training (JPL) under Law No. 20 of 2023 and PP No. 11 of 2017, BAPELKES CIKARANG invites you to step up, sharpen your workplace English, and earn your credits through a digital learning experience. Do you want to communicate more confidently in English at work? The MOOC Basic English for Workplace Communication on LMS Plataran Sehat offers a flexible, self-paced digital program structured around four core modules: • English for Interpersonal Communication (6 JPL), • English for Service Communication (5 JPL), • English for Professional Communication (6 JPL), and • English for Basic Correspondence (3 JPL). Each module equips you with practical language tools tailored to your daily workplace duties. Are you up for the challenge of proving your competency? To successfully complete this 20 JPL course and earn your certificate, you must navigate both formative module quizzes and a final post-test on the LMS, maintaining a minimum passing score of 80 across all assessments. With formative quizzes accounting for 50% and the summative post-test making up the remaining 50% of your evaluation, this benchmark ensures a meaningful learning journey that reinforces the Ministry's "Effective Execution" (Eksekusi Efektif) work culture. Ready to claim your spot in the upcoming cohort? Following Batch 1 on October 01–07, 2026, Batch 2 (Angkatan 2) is scheduled for October 28 to November 03, 2026, with a limited quota of 300 participants per batch. Stay tuned for Batch 2!
